Itta Bena

My husband had the pork chops with sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts and I had the lamb chops with risotto. Both dishes were delicious. The pork chops were huge. We were glad we decided not to have a salad or appetizer since our servings were generous. My only complaint might be that I didn’t have anything green on my plate, but my husband shared his brussel sprouts.

Great Atmosphere I love live much. However I had something in my water including a spider on my steak knife . Not to mention a bug on one of the parties napkin. The server was trying his best but a lot of the food was incorrect. The manager never came to address the table on any of the issues .

Great service (thanks Theo!), GREAT food, great ambiance, and great music. Even the manager was great by telling us the brand name and style of their bar tumblers.

I ordered a Citadel sour and a straight knob Creek whiskey. We had an excellent 4 course meal which started with cakes and green tomatoes followed by a salad with goat cheese candied pecans spinach and vinagrette then by the main course which consisted of boneless short ribs with sparragous and mash potatoes and finally a delicious home made brownie with pecans and topped by a scoop of ice cream.

We had a large group and were seated instantly. For appetizers we had the fried stuffed avocados which were really good. But the Cajun shrimp and beer bread was the highlight of this meal. The bread was grilled and just so delicious especially dipped in the juice the shrimp was sitting in. That app was 5+ stars. My entree was not so appealing. I ordered shrimp and grits the grits were flavorful, the shrimp was flavorful but there was so much grease/oil that rendered the meal unenjoyable. The atmosphere is great. There is live music, great design and the staff was incredible.

A great destination! I really enjoyed it and will definitely go back. The atmosphere was great, food and beverages were very good. Service was amazing. Lobster bisque was on point.

Just go! We are from out of town and went on the recommendation of a local and we’re so glad we did. The food was divine and the atmosphere and service were excellent.

Excellent in every way. Make reservations. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the Cajun pasta. The Bourbon Cider cocktail was wonderful.
