The employees are very rude and you can only order by kiosks. The drink that I ordered tasted like sugar water.

This place forces customers to use kiosk which has both an unavoidable surcharge and tip baked in. Doesn't accept cash either.

iTea is a very popular boba/quick-service restaurant, and its frequented by many college students, being just outside of the UC Davis Campus. It's often pretty packed inside, with people making use of the space to study. Their drinks are fine, but pretty expensive compared to many other places, and their food is also just fine, but suffers from the same price problem. I'd recommend places like Lazi Cow or Akira Coffee and Tea, or even RareTea across the road, if you're looking for a similar experience. Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair-accessible, as it is sidewalk level.
