Week ago we ordered spicy gyros and a drink through Uber eats they didn't put cold drink in our order also the way they make sandwiches so messy .right away we call them for complain they said ok we are gonna give you store credit and they noted our name now after a week when we ask for our credit they forgot what they said last time and saying come next day so disappointing I don't know how to post receipt

Horrible Experience at Italian Express. I had a terrible experience at Italian Express. The pizza I picked up had chicken bones, a staple pin, and was inedible. This is not the first time I've had issues with this restaurant. Avoid at all costs. If it was possible to give zero ⭐️ for sure this restaurant deserves it
