The man seating people... Short in his 40's with spectacles was rude, over confident, went out his way to make me feel stupid regarding a genuine mistake while booking then accommodated us anyway Foodwise... nothing special - overpriced chocolate i guess. Not entirely sure why Social Media hypes these places... atmosphere was awful, decor awful does not suit a choclatier at all. Very overpriced for overall what it is.

Absolutely out of this world food. Truly amazing and something unique. A must for any chocolate lover! Staff were also lovely and location was nice too.

Another chain with exorbitant prices and good PR. This is famous for the cups leaking 3 types of chocolate, mmh wow what an attraction, makes me jump off my chair really. Of course it’s for the social influencers and the Instagram addicted. I went there for an americano, which was the size of a long espresso and the intensity of dirty water, all this for 3.45 fantastic pounds. Shame on such places. Never ever ever again.
