Chocolate heaven at its best

One of the worst chocolate cake I ever had, was like eating a brick (dry) and taste was also very bad , left it half way it was that bad

There‘s lots of hype to this place I thought as I always saw queues to get in. However, after waiting a while for a table, the service also continued to be slow. The waiters were not friendly, and they completely forgot about my vegan chocolate cake. After chasing them up twice they came back to us half an hour later to say they had run out - this was the only vegan option on the menu, and we would have not stayed if we knew this was not available!! We stayed longer whilst the non vegans ate theirs, but a while later they turned up again and gave us a vegan slice - don’t know if this had been made fresh or they just found it somewhere… Either way it was really disappointing as after the long wait the taste was not that chocolatey, the texture was stodgy and not cake like at all. I could have done much better at home, and they charged a lot for it.

Some of the best hot chocolate, chocolate strawberries and finally chocolate filled desserts I've tried. However they were extremely busy, my friend and I waited 10 minutes before being asked for our orders, they messed up the orders, tried to charge me extra for items I hadn't ordered. Otherwise - food + drinks great, service left a lot to be desired, toilet was grim, but the decor wasn't too bad. Overall 4/5. Great but room for improvement!

Very few shop/cafe that open late. Plus point. Rest im afraid is downhill. • Thick hot chocolate drink. Mediocre taste. Took the Gianduia. Small is enough. Regular is too much. 3/10 • The chocolate cake is dry. I skipped the Triple Choc sauce because i want to try the cake on its own without 'outside" elements. I guess the cake needed it. 2/10 • Coffee is mmm. Bitter aftertaste. Something wrong with the shot? • Service: 2 guys running around one passing the baton to the other instead of working as a team. Much left to be desired. Not visiting again despite the lot of positive reviews. Ciao~

Amazing hot chocolate, and the chocolate cake is also worth trying! Its a once a 6-7 month experience, because that small cup is basically melted chocolate! Enjoyed it with a few friends

You are quite tightly packed in, but chocolate cake was delicious, and Italian hot chocolate divine.
