The Garden Bistro

Great place with a great local feel! The drinks were great, and Peter made sure our group had everything we need. Can't wait to come back again. Our group enjoyed the food, and everything smelled great. The outside area is the best part!

Honestly, there isn’t much to say besides everyone needs to come here! This place is a literal gem in Thornton park. The outdoor patio in the back with the fire pits is just want you need after a long day at work or a long week to just sit with your friends or significant other. A group of us met up after work on a Friday and literally sat in their pack porch for 3 hours. Our server was amazing, he was running around the bar in the front and the back and never missed anything. He gave great drink recommendations and we had a wonderful experience. Truly will be coming back here more often. Pictures were taken but don’t do it justice, just come for yourself you won’t regret it. Oh and Sunday’s are drag brunch and I can’t wait to go back for that.

Five stars across the board for Island Time!

We had biscuits and gravy and the French toast….ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! The service and atmosphere was wonderful. Wished we would have known about the Drag Brunch! DEFINITELY a place not to be missed

Brunch food good and reasonably priced. Server a bit inexperienced but made up for it in friendliness. We came, as much as anything else, for the drag brunch but were told it was on hiatus for 2 weeks which was a bit disappointing. What was extremely disappointing was the bottle of sparkling wine we ordered which had virtually no fizz or sparkle whatsoever. When we pointed this out ( and clearly showed our glasses with no fizz... ) to our server, he said he'd check with the manager. Upon checking with the manager he returned to our table and said " the manager said to remind you that this is sparkling wine and not champagne." ( !?!?!? ) Not really an adequate answer or response IMHO. In any event, might go back for brunch or coffee but will stay away from the "not champagne but sparkling" wine. ‍♂️

Love this place. Always have a great time with friends and the Owner Devin is a sweetheart. Me and my friends always have a fabulous time and a great place for LGBTQ+ friendly environment.

Great nye vip get away from the street party!

I visited this establishment on New Years and they are crooks!!! I purchased a drink and asked to use their bathroom and they told me it would be $10 to use the bathroom. The only way I could use the bathroom is if I bought unlimited drinks because I guess the one drink that I bought was not good enough. When it was time to pay the guy put the tip percentage on 25%. They also charge you a fee if you pay with card and not cash and that is fine but they just do not make it aware before charging you. I do not recommend visiting this establishment. Take your business elsewhere.
