Great view of San Diego skyline and cruises ships terminal. I liked the charted octopus starter. Overall, the main entrees were good. I had the seared Atlantic scallops with fried polenta cakes. I didn't care for the polenta cake because it was deep fried and dry. The seared scallops were excellence and not overcooked. My brother-in-law had the lambs, and he also liked it. My sister enjoyed her center cut file mignon. The cocktails were also good here.

Service was fantastic and food was incredible. The cocktails were refreshing and the view was so beautiful, we even got to see the sun set over the water which was a great end to our dinner here!

Overpriced fine dining. We had a reservation but got our table only in 30 min. The server was nice but not always paid attention. Lobster biscuits were great. And that is only one thing we really enjoyed. Salad was nothing special. I took scallops: that was fresh, pretty good, but side for that I didn't understand at all. Also, we had catch of the day, nice but again nothing special for 50$. Good place to enjoy the view. And if you want something fancy

Excellent food and service! Seth was an exceptional waiter. He even gave us a nice chocolate cake for my anniversary.
