Sad to say whom ever you had answering your phone on 3/16/24 around 7pm has put a bad taste in my mouth, before even getting to taste the food. My husband and I was planning to travel from Sarasota to come and try the food but, we had a few questions before making the 45min - 1hr drive. I called and the person answered "Island crew please hold" then put me on hold before I could even get hello out. But I waited on hold as I understand the person maybe servicing someone at this moment or in the middle of a task. I waited on hold for about 4min, and it sound like someone was picking up and the phone hung up. So, I called back, because I have had it happen to me before trying to answer on hold and pushed the wrong button and it hangs up. I got no answer on the call back. So now, again me being understanding I gave it a minute and called a 3rd time. Person answers " Island crew please hold" and again puts me on hold before I can get a word out. But I hold again this time for 10min before I just hung up. After that we decided we would go somewhere else.Which really sucks because everything looks really good and we were looking forward to supporting.

First time coming to Island Crew. My man and I had lunch together. We ordered the Brown Stewed Chicken, Homemade Old Fashion Corn Bread, Meatloaf and a half dozen of the devil crab. Hot, fresh and DELICIOUS!! The customer service was great! The hospitality very nice staff. We and a few of the other customers were offered two different flavors of their icees which were also yummy. I’d definitely come back. I will suggest they update their online menu and prices as their in-store menu and prices are totally different. I didn’t know they had vegetarian options. The Doctor I work for is vegetarian and she enjoys Caribbean cuisine.Thank you Island Crew! Great Job!
