Cheap sushi site. Ordered via uber eats for pickup. App shows estimated time to pickup, 20 minutes. Arrive at site, cashier tells me 15 more minutes. Wait for more than 40 minutes and I see that they just placed my ticket on the kitchen. 45 minutes to receive a simple sushi roll. (Ordered at 12:16, arrive at 12:36, receive food at 13:16). Be prepared to wait lots of time. They charge 1 dollar extra per item when you order via uber eats.
I had an amazing experience at Iron Sushi! The pick-up process was smooth, and the food was outstanding. The Ramen Miami style with spicy Char-siu was a flavor explosion with its perfect blend of ingredients – scallions, bamboo shoots, corn, boiled egg, spicy miso paste, chimichurri sauce, and cilantro. The Karaage was crispy and delicious. The Iron bento box was a real treat, featuring a Dragon roll, two versions of Cali roll, veggie spring roll, and edamame. Each roll was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were on point. The Poke bowl with Tuna, salmon, avocado, dynamite with spicy mayo, and wafu soy sauce was a delightful combination of textures and tastes. Overall, Iron Sushi impressed me with its diverse menu, fresh ingredients, and unique flavor combinations. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
Sushi is both costly and relatively small in portion. The experience felt overpriced for one person, the service was ok. Considering the location and price, I had higher expectations.
Ordered pick up. It was delicious. I got the California roll and the volcano roll. So good.
I like the beef teriyaki bowl, they still use quality meat. I like the Japanese.
Kiria Gomez the best customer services, I repeat my visit because in downtown Kendall is the best customer services that I find, and Sergio prepare the must delicious food that I'm eat in town... thanks IRON SUSHI for exist in town...
Very tasty sushi. Sometimes they are low on personnel and orders can take long. I like going with my dog to the outside tables. The owner is very kind when he is in the store, but also the rest of the employees.
The staff here was super nice, but I’m pretty sure this restaurant served me raw pork. I don’t eat fish, but I love Japanese food and I tend to order whatever unusual non-fish roll a restaurant offers. Here at Iron, I ordered the Latin roll (with fried chicken) and the roll that had “stewed pork.” The Latin roll was ok, but on first bite of the pork roll, something felt and tasted off. I took a closer look at the roll and noticed that the pork was shiny and still pretty pink. But I thought maybe it was just the not-very-good lighting in the place, so I ate another slice. And it wasn’t anymore reassuring than the first. After picking at the pork in the remaining slices of the roll, I decided to not risk it and just didn’t eat anymore if it. I brought this up to the staff and they said that this is how the owner wants it cooked. I don’t think I’ll be eating here again.
