Great food, good selection and full bar. Service was slow but friendly.

(3/13/24). We were told the wait would be 45 minutes but were seated in under 30 minutes. This was the only positive thing I would say about our experience. We were seated, our waitress took our drink and appetizer orders. She came back with drinks and chips. Someone else brought out our appetizers but rushed away before we could ask for utensils. We asked another waitress for utensils but never received them. I ended up taking some from another table that was empty. After sometime a different waiter brought out food. At this point we needed a chip refill. We asked the waiter that brought our food but we didn’t see him again. Our food was not hot, clearly it had been sitting for a while. A different waitress finally brought us chips but the queso was cold by this point. We asked to speak to a manager and was given $9.00 off a $130.00 ticket. We will not return to this place in the future. Very disappointing. We should have gone back to Mi Tierra’s, friendly service and hot delicious food.

I just waited an hour and a half to eat here and requested a table on the patio. The hostess told me that the open tables on the patio were set up for tables of 4 and we couldn’t put two together for a party of 6. Kind of ridiculous that I’m in town for the night and brought people to specifically eat outside on the patio and I’m told tables cant be pushed together. (Multiple other tables were pushed together for larger groups) I literally would have paid extra just to sit on the patio but they were not hearing it. Customer service just seems to be a thing of the past. Sad. When I left the tables I had requested to put together were still empty. I’m not a complainer I had just driven 4 hours and wanted to give my friends the river walk experience and thought they could have tried a tad bit harder to accommodate us.

You’re paying for the Riverwalk. But it’s good. Definitely much worse places to eat in the walk.

The food is always delicious! I have ordered ranch waters and margaritas, and they are YUM You MUST order the table side guacamole. They make it fresh at your table and to your liking. This was our second time eating here and the food, atmosphere and service never disappoints. I hate seeing this place get lower than 5 stars because we always have a wonderful experience here Kid-friendliness: There are several options for kids to choose from.
