This is always must eat when I visit NYC. One of my favorite ramen place! Doesn’t matter what favor your order, it is always great! Staff was always super helpful and friendly. But for sure makes reservation, because no matter what time they are always busy!
Un posto trovato quasi per caso, ma una scelta davvero fortunata. Ramen eccellente, servizio puntuale e atmosfera tranquilla ed elegante.
A very decent ramen - I had a spicy one and it did come with a zing. My only minor issue is that an egg does not come as a standard (IMHO it should).
Super yummy! We ordered Ippudo pork bun, karaage rice (fried chicken), shiromaru motoaji(pork Tonkotsu ramen with straight noodle), akamaru shinaji (spicy Tonkotsu ramen with wavy noodle). The takoyaki was delicious with the sauce recommended by the waitress. The Bonnie Bonito ramen noodle was good but not as tasty as expected, and I did not like the bitter peel on it. The difference between the spicy Tonkotsu and spicy one is just that add $1 for the fragrant garlic oil plus umami Dama paste. I personally prefer the wavy noodle and just the regular Tonkotsu. But add the $1 for the extra sauces was fine since they are on the side anyway. Their pork belly cha-shu was super good! Highly recommend the pork belly cha-shu plus pork bun (tiny bite spicy for my daughter) with the ramen. My husband and daughter loved their fried chicken too. My daughter especially loved their noodle and fried chicken.
