Service is extremely shocking. We wait for 30 minutes to get our ramen and then when we ask for our bill we wait another 15 minutes and no one comes to our table. When I lose all hopes to get one single staff from this company and decide to pay cash the staff in the photo ask me not to go away as this company does not take cash. He robotically point to his colleague and said the other guy will come and take the card payment. This brings great contrast compared to ramen culture in Japan: delicious, efficient, convenient and cheap food. The auto added service charge makes things worse and I have no hesitation to ask you not to go to this restaurant chain. There are a lot of small ramen shops around in London that deserves more credit.
Massive disappointment with the soup’s temperature . Serve hot ramen please .
Our party of four arrived on Sunday, April 7th at 1845. We waited outside in the queue, for approximately ten minutes before being seated. The dishes were palatable. However, the atmosphere was that of an upscale fast food restaurant and the service very robotic and indifferently impersonal. I would recommend only for a quick meal. I would not recommend for a meal with business colleagues nor with guests from out of town whom you want to impress.
Great ramen spot with pretty good prices and equally good food. Service was on top point and quick. The food fresh, broth thick and ingredients perfect. Really yummy. Only thing is would have said is the music felt a bit off the restaurant theme.
For those who are lovers of spice, the Karaka - men ramen is a must try as it just tastes FANTASTIC. It contains spicy Karaka miso paste, pork belly chashu, bean sprouts, ajikiku mishrooms, spring onions, sansho pepper and garlic oil. There are also vegetarian options if people don't want to eat pork too! The atmosphere is a very calm and chill place so it's perfect for those going by themselves or for a small group of friends. Would recommend!
