Their nigiri and hand rolls are so good. This place is now my go to sushi spot.
Good fish. Good service. Great selection of rolls. Very busy tonight! Still excellent!
The food is very fresh and good! The atmosphere is very chill. I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy good food and a relaxing time.
A modern Twist on sushi with some traditional. Great service great food just a little long on the wait.
Here again for the second time . And the food is great!
This place is pure trash. Sushi is no good, it’s all imitation food, rice is uncooked and veggies have brown spots on them. Super super inedible, we complained and they didn’t do anything about it. Just offered to remake the sushi, the food was bad, the service was less than mediocre and the people hanging out inside were also rude. They were friends of the staff and were loud and obnoxious, they have no place else to hang out so they hang out in a booth there. What a low class place, we will never return. Not to mention the prices are ridiculously high, how can you charge so much for garbage. We will never be back, what a disgusting place. The owner replied like I had the wrong place, no this is the correct place. Your place is way way below par.
The server was quick in taking my order. With only a handful of customers in the restaurant food took longer than I expected. Spam roll was interesting and the Dragon roll had charred eel and an almost honey sauce, instead of eel sauce, that I do not think paired well.
Best Japanese food in Tucson…by far. We’ve been coming here for years, and they never disappoint. While my wife throughly enjoys the sushi, I enjoy their cooked options. My favorite is the unagi (eel) hand roll. Owners Terry and Gerner are the sweetest people ever, and they rely heavily on their long time key employees Zack and Ryan. The four of them make us feel like family every time we visit.
