I have ordered twice and I will definitely be coming back for more cookies. I received my cookies nicely warm and freshly backed they were so delicious. Thank you!

I want to start off with the food was amazing however the staff working the night shift tonight was extremely rude and disrespectful when we ordered the first lady said “what do you want” multiple times trying to rush us to order keep in mind it is our first time here so we were unsure exactly what to get and overall the staff made it an environment that I wouldn’t want to come back to

Have been buying from this location for a while and always get delivery! The cookies come fresh and hot, and the workers go above and beyond to accommodate all their customers. It is in a prime location, and they deliver to a large vicinity in the DFW Metroplex. Definitely recommend!

Friendly prompt service. Clean lobby and bathroom. The cookies were hot and the ice cream was good quality.

I ordered two dozen cookies today as a thank you for my coworkers - a little pre Valentine's Day treat. The delivery driver only left 1 of my 2 dozen. I didn't know until I went downstairs to get them. So I called up the store and she was beyond apologetic. Not only did she have a replacement box delivered lightning fast, she threw in another box. Ordering was super easy. The cookies were absolutely delicious. Through the error, I was able to share them with even more people in the office. And everyone was happy! I will order again... and again. I'm giving 5 stars across the board because the first delivery person is to blame, not the store, and he/she gets negative stars. Thank you for such incredible customer service.
