Insomnia Cookies

Do not sleep on this particular insomnia. The cookies are great but the speakeasy cookie lab is incredibly worth it. I hope they do this more!

Bad middle managers here at this business the employees have to suffer because the manager in charge are terrible at their jobs.

Avoid this location by any means with the price of these cookies and to not be greeted and all the guy worried about was texting on his phone seem very racist as I was talking too him then as he has my box of cookies in his hand he was talking over it probably spitting I didn’t want it. The GM need to do training to teach the staff how to talk to all customers no matter what they race is or leave this area all together and bring a more friendly business in

Horrible customer service for mediocre cookies When I arrived I had high hopes because the lady in the front was so kind but in the cookie lab my experience was awful at the ordering station there was a woman with ginger hair and glasses who was extremely rude to me and other guests. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a to go box for my cookie incase I didn’t finish and when I sat down to eat my cookie was rock hard and wasn’t warm at all. So I went back to the counter to the same woman and she proceeded to explain that they keep it in a 130 degree oven so it shouldn’t be cold and I said “well it feels like a rock and I can barely bite into it so can I have it remade” she rolled her eyes at me AGAIN and gave me the cookie. Along with that they also forgot to make my other friends milkshakes so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them. Overall the service was very annoying to go through and it seems like it’s not a rare thing for this particular location. The food was just not worth the hassle to deal with workers like that.
