The cookies were just alright IMO. Finding a parking spot was a nightmare! Yes the concept is great but the cookies were not exceptional for the price and drive

Cookies are alright!

This place needs to train their employees to treat the customers with more respect and kindness. I asked a simple question first, asking if they had vegan cookies, which the women responded to with “yeah” with a nasty and impatient attitude. I then asked what was substituted in the vegan version for the ingredients and she stared at me making me uncomfortable for about 10 seconds and then responded by saying “I don’t know”, they’re vegan. Very bad and unprofessional customer service.

Insomnia cookies is when it's late at night and you're craving sweets but you're too lazy to bake but too hungry and not poor to not care. Unfortunately, these cookies are a snoozefest. Ever since the Night Owl cookies location opened up near them, there's no reason for you to go here. I had chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and sugar. The only good thing are the gluten free options. Tldr; go to publix and make them yourself or go to Night Owl Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten Free options

This was my first taste of an Insomnia Cookie and it was delicious and along the lines of the other cookie makers in Orlando. I think they need to add some iced cookies but they have ice cream instead.

First off, Alina had a very good attitude when I came in. Sadly, im not used to that anymore because everyone is always so down about work. But Alima had a very warm, welcoming energy to her. I had no idea what I was going to get. She stood in thought for a few moments, helping me decide what the customer favorites were. I don't usually do a review, but when someone just has a great attitude and for nothing in return, people recognize that. That's why this is my fav location. There are always good people in my experience
