Do not order from here. You will not receive a delivery order. They manage their own deliveries if you submit an order through DoorDash. The customer service representatives and store representative are rude and not helpful when trying to inquire about an order that was never received.

1- Menu = 5/5 Clear and easy to read. 2- Reservations = 5/5 Not needed because they sell cookies and ice cream expect to wait in line especially late at night. 3 - Drinks = 5/5 All of the milk you can drink including chocolate, strawberry and oat. Various soft and sport drinks. 4 - Food = 5/5 Cookies and brownies are absolutely amazing. No wonder why this place actually exists. 5 - Service = 5/5 Friendly and respectful. 6 - Ambiance = 4/5 Small cookie shop with small cookie shop feel. 7- Cleanliness = 4/5 Clean enough 8- Dining space for patrons = 2/5 extremely limited space for eating in. 9 - Cost = $$$$$/$$$$$. 5/5 Expensive especially if you are me and always have to order a bunch of cookies and brownies. 10 - Value = 5/5 Very good product so people will pay extra with no questions asked. 11 - Location = 5/5 Accessible from all mass transit and walking distance from midtown east.

Rude and disorganized staff, I waited 10 min for some mini cookies, they lost my tickets, asked 3 times for an update and they keep ignoring me until one of the cashiers was kind enough to help me, she went in the back and gave me the cookies, they were cold but at least I was able to leave . I will not return to this location

In my other review of a bakery that sells cookies, being cookie crumble, I want to say this bakery's cookies does not fall short. The environment is not the most pleasant. The space being small, dim in light, and a bit clustered doesn't make it seem welcome or attractive. I went to this bakery becuase my friends introduced me to them. The moment I opened the door I was hit with warmth, sweetness, butter, milk and joy. It had all the factors that tingle my nose. I got three vegan cookies: vegan birthday cake, vegan chocolate chuck, vegan double chocolate chuck. Their option are quite large which is good, but they don't often change the types of cookies. That does not change the fact that all the options are delicious. To have both vegan and non-vegan option is pretty cool too. The price isn't bad either. The cookies taste absolutely delicious . Compare to cookie crumble, I think these cookies are on the less sweeter side. It is perfect sweet, not overly sweet where you need to constantly drink water or milk. The are not as buttery or large in size as the cookies made in cookie crumble. However, they are crunchy, very warm, and soft. I love the crunch parts the most. It is so good that I'm thinking of going back to get more.
