I recently indulged in the chocolate chip cookies from Insomnia Cookies in Knoxville and was thoroughly impressed. These cookies were a delightful treat, striking the perfect balance between gooey and chewy, with just the right amount of chocolate chips that melted in my mouth. Each bite was a blissful experience, filled with rich, buttery goodness and delectable chocolate chunks that were evenly distributed throughout. Insomnia Cookies in Knoxville has certainly mastered the art of cookie-making, and their chocolate chip cookies are a testament to their prowess. I highly recommend them to anyone with a sweet tooth or in need of a comforting treat. They’re not just cookies; they’re a warm hug in edible form!
Best double chocolate cookie ever!
The cookies are just ok. The establishment does not accept cash and double charged my card. I have tried for almost 2 weeks to get the one of the charges taken off and no on at insomnia cookies can or will help. This means I paid over $60 for 6 cookies and a small cup of ice cream that my and didn't even like enough to finish. Will not be going back.
I deliver for Uber eats and tonight I was being hit left and right with the orders and hadn't had a chance to use the restroom in hours. I politely asked the girl behind the counter at this establishment if I could use her restroom and she said no in a snarky voice handed me my order and told me to have a good night. If you're delivering for a business at that moment you are working for that business. You should not be turned away from being able to use the restroom. I normally do not do this but this shouldn't happen. I'll be calling corporate .
No wonder this place has 3 stars. Do not come here they are very rude! They refused to let my friend use the bathroom when he was working for a delivery service and was rude about it
Got cookies delivered, they were frozen solid upon arrival. Completely unacceptable. I can't understand how this even happened.
Good warm cookies that are paired with a choice of ice cream.
Walked in about 2:35/40am on january 14, 2024. I understand that it was late, but it was a late night cookie run with friends I haven’t seen in a while, and the store closes at 3. We walk in and the floor is very wet, clearly just mopped. One of my friends has pretty severe ADHD and tourettes, so he is very antsy. She very rudely says, “can you like stop walking across the floor? Because I just mopped and now I have to mop again.” Last I checked, it’s not a customer’s job to keep the floor clean. She gave dirty looks and said goodbye as we walked out the door, then mumbled inaudibly under her breath. Everyone here is usually SO nice and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I am NOT happy. I will change my review status when something is done about this.
Just had an order delivered tonight, and it's my first and LAST experience. The jinglebread cookies were ok (at least they were warm and soft), the buttercream was flavorless (but at least well-mixed), and it was the last two cookies which were horrible. The sweet potato pie cookie had the consistency of dried paste, reconstituted to glue in my mouth, and very little actual flavor. The cannoli cookie was beyond stale; it hurt to crunch through, and the dried-up cream filling was set like concrete. At the cost of them, I'll never order again and will do my best to dissuade others from making the same mistake I did
