Insomnia Cookies

I ordered 12 mini cookies at 7:30pm of all four varieties. I would presume would be a time that fresh ones would be made after dinner time. They were all overcooked by about 2-3 minutes and were very crunchy. The snickerdoodle had an awful bitter taste which was apparent of a bad batch. Overall, it was WAY too expensive to be worth such a bad batch. I will not be going back.

I'd eat any of them blind folded!

Cookies are pretty good but not worth the rude customer service. Definitely don’t get them delivered. They will contract it out and it won’t get delivered. When you call they acknowledge that it happens sometimes that the drivers just don’t show up. Guess that is just acceptable for them.

The person I met named Hunter was a great person running the place and the cookies were very good

Was the absolute worst greeting I've ever been given, by any restaurant and that is including McDonald's, I am a full-time courier primarily with DoorDash. I simply walk into the closet sized bakery, there are eight people all shoulder to shoulder so without interrupting the cashier, I am holding my phone visible to them showing the name of "MY" customer. I have thousands of orders and still hold a 4.98 rating I hold my job seriously, I didn't interrupt the person in front of me ordering, nor the cashier which was obviously already irritable, not my fault, didn't have to say anything to me glance up glance back down, then I get greeted with you don't have to be doing all that nonsense behind me, or however it was quoted, regardless I did inform my customer of the interaction and me personally I wouldn't go back but it is my job too. And since I don't decline any orders, I will most likely be having to come back. And hopefully next time greeted it would be much better with manners. Till next time.
