Insomnia Cookies

Make sure you don't have to use the bathroom they have a keypad on the door and tell you to go to Krispy Kreme and they have same keypad on their bathroom too. Bet I won't be buying nothing from here !

. I wasn’t aware cookie making takes 45 mins.

This is, without a doubt, the worst insomnia I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My past 10 orders with them had mistakes ranging from vexing to incomprehensible. The last one was point break. After waiting an hour and a half for my order, I called the store for an update, and they proceeded to tell me that they were out of cookies. How do you run out of cookies? I placed this order at 8 PM. Honestly, I had to pinch myself because I couldn’t believe that it was real. At a certain point, I have to blame myself for continuing to come back to these clowns. I don’t blame the people in the store, I blame the slack jawed troglodytes managing this aberration of a cookie chain. Someone has to stop this, for the love of god.

Vanilla and dreamweaver icecream with chocolate chip brownie topped with caramel sauce was delicious.

We got a mixed box as a belated birthday treat for my husband. He is a true cookie monster. Lol. We got the chocolate, chocolate chunk ( double chocolate) to die for!! M&M's in a great cookie base, Peanut butter chip, sugar cookie, chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut. Not one bad cookie in the bunch. We will order again and again. Want to try the oatmeal raisin. It was a wonderful treat that arrived at our door in wonderful delicious warm condition. The convenience factor was worth every penny for their quality of products used. Only reason I gave four stars in atmosphere. I haven't been to the store location. I will send these to friends and family for many events. If you are a chocolate lover, that double chocolate chunk will have you there way too often. DELICIOUS!
