The staff is not helpful at all. The staff does not work willingly and their faces are always sullen. They look like they had to talk. They have to prepare orders even though the store is empty. They make you wait even though there is no queue. There are a lot of people waiting to order, and people who come to pick up their orders are also waiting. You have 15-20 minutes to wait. Think twice before coming. Their cookies are delicious but they need to update their employees and they need to update their work systems.
Love the cookies but the customer service at this location will make me think twice about ordering again.
I was having the best day ever and last night at 12am I went to pick up cookies. The lady working the night shift literally growl before I even walked up the steps. Instead of creating me she growled. I was literally scared and grossed out that I even had to talk to her. I had to pick up two orders and she was so rude and angry, like if I was a child or in undergrad she could literally inflict damage because it wasn't even angry it was unsafe her enery. She CANT EVEN SMILE AT SOMEONE PICKING UP TWO ORDERS. Her personal problems shouldn't be our business. I should not have a great day and walk into a cookie store with anxiety, sadness and aggression projected onto me. Just cuz her life sucks doesn't mean she gets to project this onto customers. Its such a nice area her boss should take notice and for the sake of other kids safety I will be reporting this to corporate. Yall should just hire a easy going? calm happy person and watch your business flourish. Her attitude was so terrible on a spectrum I wonder if it was being done intentional. Like HOW can someone be this rude yet unaware therefore this rude and it's legal...
Their employees are very bad. I love quarbiyeseri very much, but I don't want to shop here because of the wrong attitude and behavior of the employees here
Below average cookies were not worth the price, other cookie places definitely provide a better product for the same price. Worker was not very helpful either
I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Harvard Square, Cambridge location of Insomnia Cookies, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. On Saturday, January 20, around 4:30 PM, I sent my daughter to pick up an online order. To our dismay, the staff member at the counter exhibited a shocking lack of customer service skills. Not only was she rude, but she also threw the box containing the cookies at my daughter. Seeking to address this issue, I called the store promptly. Unfortunately, the so-called supervisor responded with aggression, accused me of dishonesty, and abruptly hung up. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I believe in providing constructive feedback, and it's disheartening to encounter such behavior from a business. I hope Insomnia Cookies takes this matter seriously and implements measures to ensure better customer experiences in the future.
Rude staff, bad customer service! There are 2 woman who look and act like they hate there life. If you say hello no hi back say thank you no respond back, miserable girls! Makes you not even want to bother ordering anything at all.
