Insomnia Cookies

I had a terrible experience at this insomnia, cookies, location. It was my first visit and sadly will be my last. I came on a Saturday afternoon, 2/17/24, just wanting to purchase two cookies. The person behind the counter had an attitude the moment I walked in. I asked for my two cookies and he told me my total was $14. I asked for clarification as to why the order came up to $14 and he said, with a lot of attitude, “ma’am the cookies are five dollars apiece.” However, I had only ordered a classic cookie and one deluxe cookie so my total should’ve been eight dollars. I mentioned to him I was only asking for clarification, because there was no display that showed my order, and he says again “it’s on the screen!” The screen was powered off. He saw this, and did he apologize? Take a second to clarify? No. He put two cookies on the counter and walked away. I pay the $14 and leave. He follows me outside and says “you left your cookies!” Once I’m in the car i realize… he gave me two of each cookie. I had a total of 4. NOT what I asked for at all. I’m annoyed for a lot of reasons but the main: HAVE SOME PATIENCE and use customer service. Had he took a second to listen to me, I said I only wanted two cookies. Don’t worry. I won’t be back.

Macadamian cookies and peach cheesecake ice cream were delicious.

Very busy on most weekends. Great cookies though. Parking: It's literally on Spring Street, which is a busy street within itself. Be careful is all I can say. You are totally responsible for any damage to your vehicle if you don't park properly.

Worst service EVER, girl with pink hair was rude and kept us waiting till the guy in the back said to her that she has customers. If I could give this facility 0 star I would. Insomnia cookies in Kennesaw is the best. This girl ruined our trip for deserts and expected us to cash tip her for her rude service.

Ordered a 6 pack of cookies with different flavors once I received my order after ordering to be delivered I received all chocolate chip cookies. Completely incorrect! If they didn’t have what I wanted the website should’ve been updated or someone should’ve reached out.

Girl with pink hair had an attitude and was very rude while we were trying to order. She should definitely not be working at a location like this.

This is the best location in town! I tried to go to the one on Edgewood and I was extremely disappointed. They didn’t even have Gluten-Free chocolate chip cookies. So I waited and I received an email about how 12 cookies were usually like $26 + delivery fees was going for $20 u til January 1st! I ordered today and they were ready in 30 minutes! And they were warm and smelled so, so good! I love this store! I have food allergies and I can satisfy my sweet tooth without any problems!
