Clean, well lit, friendly staff, good coffee. It does not have as much seating as some other locations, but there is still room to meet someone. Get the Ethiopian if they are pouring it. It's excellent.

Not exactly a 'friendly' place.... but not busy at 8:20am on a weekday right at Union Station, so I'm sure that says alot about the place. My Americano was good. The guy who took my order could use a class in customer service. Smiling goes a long way. Good luck, Ink.....
