It's a disgusting place terrible terrible staff, drinks, music, and an atmosphere too polluted security guards just grab u by your hands and drag u out instead of asking nicely cuz not everyone who drinks is aware of their surroundings! Most of us can handle alcohol so don't treat us all the same! MOST HORRIBLE CLUB IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

THIS IS THE WORST CLUB EVER!!!!! So me and my partner paid £12 together to get in last night. EXPENSIVE DRINK AND A 2/10 music STUFF ARE RIDICULOUSLY RUDE!! My partner lost the ticket for the coats so we had to speak to the manager and everyone was so unprofessionally rude and argumentably disgusting. Asking me to go outside to find the manager, everyone just kept on telling me to go and find her lol instead of getting the manager out for me. And these security guards are so happy to harass customers!! 2 of them grabbed me so tight and dragged me out for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!! I WAS ONLY ASKING FOR HELP. So the manager Charl or Kal was incredibly unbelievably rude. She was shouting at me like she was on drugs her eyes were wide open and shouting at me as if I was a child where I was calm and standing steady while listening to her. Instead of letting me speak, she was just shouting at me making comments about my facial expression because I’m Asian and the staff are discriminating against me by talking to me like that while I was calm and listening to her explain. I felt horrible after this. The staff should be nice in general as a person but no she isn't and the security guard needs to learn not to drag people out like that! They should ask CUSTOMERS politely to go out especially when I was calm. And the manager just watched me get dragged like that is unreal. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN And I'll make sure none of my mates come here as I don't want them to get treated like this bar did. And I'm sure the reply from this bar will be “its your fault your not welcome” lol karma will get u all for sure. Go Soho, einstein, black rabbit or mccooleys instead best music, reasonable prices, friendly staff and security guards are not aggressive. Gave this experience -5/10 (and I never done this btw cuz I've never been dragged like that)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAFF NOT PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMERS MISTREATED Went with a group of friends ( 9 people in total). Paid on entry and bought drinks at the bar with no issue. My friends and I were dancing at the side of the bar when 2 staff members (1 male security and 1 female club staff member) were moving a till float together to go behind the bar. The security guy pushed one of my friends out of the way which shocked us and we talked about it in our group and continued dancing. The security guy and other staff member came back same direction we were in and my friend who was previously pushed tried to talk to the security guy to ask why he pushed him and the security guy started to get aggressive with my friend and provoking him to start a fight. The female staff member got involved and was shouting at my friend for confronting the security guy. Things escalated from there and my friend started to get angry and more security came and kicked all 9 of us out of the club. They kicked 9 people who were not even drunk or causing issues over the unprofessional behaviour of a security staff member. Went outside and tried to talk to security and explained everything and made a complaint. We all complained to security and expressed how we were mistreated and felt discriminated against - only for security to go ahead and ask their fellow staff (who pushed my friend) to give details of what happened and come back telling us the stories do not match. Only got told manager will look into this and investigate. A guy who was claiming he is one of the managers approached us outside the club and apologised and said it will be investigated. He asked to follow my friend on Instagram and started promising to give free club entry for next time. I asked my friend to decline this as it does not solve the main issue here. We eventually left the area after complaining about the mistreatment we went through. Very very disappointed in the way the staff work. No sense of customer service or professionalism towards their customers. Working in a club where you mostly come across drunk people should not give staff the right to mistreat customers. DEFINITELY WON'T BE VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN

Youll buy an overpriced drink in a cheap cup. The place was dead. Dj was playing alright songs but it was more pop than r&b.

You have to pay to get in and you can only do this with cash not card (tax dodge?). Expensive drinks, £17 for a gin and a vodka. You’re only allowed in the area around the bar unless you pay extra to sit somewhere or if you’re in the private function area, ridiculous! Music was good but everything else was dreadful, go to Brooklyn Mixer instead it’s a much better bar!
