At Infusion: A Rollin’ Creamery we specialize in Thai rolled ice cream, which isn’t just ice cream scooped out of a bucket, but instead the ice cream is still in its liquid form and poured on to a surface that is at -18 degrees Fahrenheit then chopped, mixed, spread, and rolled in front of you customized just for you! We also make Boba/bubble tea, a tea that has chewy tapioca pearls in it, which is the classic kind and also we have popping boba a type of boba that bursts in your mouth when you bite on it, very similar to Fruit Gushers.
