Inca Paisa

Love the place. first time around the area and my friends wanted to try the place so we went here. Food was spectacular, and pretty quick too as it should be. Good cozy place, sane music. I'm always impressed on how waiters don't need to write it down, and recognize what we ordered and know what's on the menu. It requires a lot of talent. Will definitely return if we craving it. photos below is what we ordered we was starving so we had a head start. Thank you to the waiter Carlos for the legendary service.

First time coming. This place combines Peruvian and Colombian cuisine under one roof. Very nice vibe and atmosphere once you walk in. We ordered a couple of margaritas, and I always wanted to try ceviche, so I had it for the first time. We had the Ceviche Limeno Pescado, Pechuga de Pollo Empanizada, and the classic Colombian Bandeja Paisa. Our drinks and the ceviche came pretty quickly. Interestingly, the ceviche was similar to eating raw sushi with a whole lot a lemon/lime added to cook it and was quite enjoyable. After that, we waited a long period of time while other diners entered and left. Waiting for more than 30 minutes our orders finally arrived. The breaded chicken breast was excellent, and there were several dipping sauces that were provided. On the other hand, the Bandeja was not what I expected. The grilled steak was paper thin, and the black beans were a bit cold. The fried pork was okay, with some parts that weren't deep-fried enough.

Unfortunately, The ceviche and the papa a la Huancaina was somehow eatable, or maybe I was just hungry. the drinks were good and the service too.

Definitely try the aguacate relleno. It was delicious!!!

Have been here twice and have loved everything. The jalea and lomo saltado were both great. The Lulo cooler is one of my favorite drinks ever.

First and last time I order from this place. I called to place an order for my husband to pick it up and they told us 45 minutes, it took more than an hour. The food was disgusting and cold. The rice had small French fries pieces like if it was some else's leftover. I also found a hair inside the rice. The chicken had no taste at all. The beans was such a small portion and they tasted horrible. What a waste of time and money.
