Had an amazing experience here, great music and a fantastic set up.

Great venue. It's a pity it's going to be torn down.

I have never gone inside , so my rating is figured out by friends and family that have been there.

Great small venue for live music. Sound has always been great after a half dozen shows here. The size of the theater is smaller than the Commodore, but larger than the Biltmore. The space for merch setups at the entrance way and coat check Is large and accommodating for both foot traffic for patrons and merch tables for the bands. The space is beautifully lit and it's clean inside, with the exception that some floor lighting could be useful for the lips of the ramps that join the theater space and the bar (watch your damn step!) Don't be turned away by the homeless tents and droves of homeless people outside the venue, this is a sad side of Vancouver and these people are harmless. This is the epicenter of where they congregate and live and to date nobody has a solution for it.
