Ordered pork bean sprout chow mein crispy noodle. 90% not crispy. Onions, sprouts but little to no other vegetable was present, but tons of soft not crisp noodles. Pork was not very flavorful as some was tough that needed cutting, others pieces were too soft with fat. I do like that the sauce was clear and not that nasty sweet brown that everywhere delivers. Only a fork was supplied and I really needed a knife to cut the big pieces of meat and stringy noodles. Tea was good service and attention to needs was excellent. Nice folks work here.
This place is a great place to eat. I have been eating here for years, but they attend to there culture first. We (hispanic) were waiting 15 minutes to get a menu and table set up. A family(asians) walked in about 5 minutes after us and had everything (menu, table set up) ready they took there order while we still sat waiting for a menu and table set up all the waitresses just watched us and spoke there language to each other. Another Asian couple walked in and they attended to them first. Soon after they headed to our table. BAD Customer service.
I have eaten here for many years. It is the best food this side of San Francisco. The Dim sum is fantastic and the Chow Fun is the best in the region.
