ILOUNGE TASTE THE DIFFERENCE

Its a shame what would have been a 5 star review is now a 1 star. the food at ilounge was great, despite a 45 minute wait to carry out 3 jerk chicken plates and getting an oxtail plate which i did not order in place of one of the jerk chicken plates I still would have gone back in spite of it also being a 35 minute drive away from me. However, due to my 45 minute wait on a carry out order I did not leave a tip, especially since gratuity is already added. I specifically wrote in $0.00 for the tip leaving my total at $74.57. So to my surprise the transaction has posted with a total of $84.57. Someone wrote in a “1” in front of my 0 and thought itd be okay to add a tip that they didnt deserve when my food took 45 minutes despite an almost empty establishment and despite me not eating in. Im all for tip when I am served but I was not, it was a carry out order. Now with that being said, i have to go back to my family and friends who I recommend try this place and let them know they shouldnt because their money isnt safe, their card info isnt safe and ilounge has shady business practices. With that being said, dont go here especially if you arent paying in cash. The food isnt worth them blindly taking your hard earned money. My bank will be contacted and the charge disputed in its entirety. You lost what would have been a returning customer.

This was a very good experience from the food to the atmosphere. I don’t live in Atlanta anymore so my sister recommended this place. It’s aesthetically pleasing and the food was amazing. We ordered the fried fish, fried plantains and black rice. OMG!!! The experience was amazing! This place is great and I would recommend it.

Cobb County has never been known for have great restaurants in my opinion but ILOUNGE is changing that narrative for me. If you’ve never had Haitian food this is great to find you new favorite Haitian dish. The superbly seasoned food, great customer service and Konpa music creates and great vibe. We order the fritters and shrimp tostones as an appetizer and they did not disappoint. The main course was the fried pork with the black rice and the other order was rice and peas. The pork was tender and flavorful. I’m Love with the black rice, I could eat by itself with some picklese lol. The honey barbecue wings were perfectly cooked, not hard like some other places. For desert the banana pudding was not too sweet and was the perfect touch to end the meal. I was so impressed I got the salmon sandwich to go, just to try something different on the menu later. It was freaking flavor explosion. A salmon filling with a little kick of spice between two tostones was amazing and packed with flavor. I highly recommend 10/10

I don't usually write reviews but I live in ATL for about 15 yrs, tried different Haitian restaurants and never satisfied After moving to LA, went back to visit ATL, my boyfriend who is not Haitian finds this place. If you ever in the area, please check them out. The food was great and the customer service was on point. My family had a blast. We tried different things on the menu and everything was great Although we missed the live band but every Friday they have live band Vegetarian options: the legumes is made without meat and they will ask you if you want to add Parking: parking right in front of restaurant

I was very happy that I chose to dine here. It seems like everywhere you go the foods just ok. But here not only is the establishment cozy but the Food was really good. Didn’t know what I wanted but I got what the owner recommended and it was great. I’ll definitely go back loved the vibe.

The food is always soooo good and fresh and the atmosphere is very chill and nice. 10 out of 10 for me.
