Such a great atmosphere, feel like you’re in Italy! The handmade gnocchi was delicious. Thank you!
I love places like this! The house made noodles were great, and I'm obsessed with the bread! Other reviewers have said the bread is salty, and I agree, but I love how salty it is. It also has a beautifully crispy crust and is served hot and presumably fresh from the oven. Other things we loved were the ravioli with sausage inside and the tiramisu. Good amount of food for the price. Don't expect an upscale dining experience, expect food that feels homey and makes you feel satisfied.
Been going here since it opened - at least 20 years ago or so. You know it has to be good to survive in San Francisco for this long. Family owned. Sergio, the owner, makes the bread himself. The lamb chops are my favorite of anywhere I've tried.
The place is amazing for comfort food and great service - took our large group on short notice and gave us all great food and experience. A great family establishment
A good and friendly place. Reasonable prices.
We’re Europeans and le and my husband had a beautiful dinner there. The bruschettas were so tasty, the pasta’s sauce was top class and the tiramisu perfectly wet. We recommend it to people who like low key, unpretentious, but want tasteful ingredients and a feel for a local Italian village. Gracie!
Interior was beautiful and service was great, but the food sucked. Pizza was completely soggy and tasteless, lasagna had way way too much cheese. Probably won’t come back, but I’ll appreciate the decor when walking by.
Unpretentious restaurant with tasty Italian comfort food. A great neighborhood place for a casual meal.
What a lovely spot! Amazing Italian food and adorable vibes. 10/10 would recommend and go back. Also very affordable! Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options
