Ikigai Sushi & Izakaya

Pros: * The restaurant has a nice interior. * It offers a wide variety of sake. Cons: * The water doesn't taste good, possibly because it's unfiltered tap water, which ruins the taste of the sake. * The waiting time for kushiyaki is too long, exceeding 45 minutes. * The chicken has a strong smell. * The food is overpriced.

Perfection. Highly recommended! Fresh fish, great appetizer!

Made a reservation but still had to wait 20 mins. What's the point of reserving? Waited another 15 mins to order. The server in black was great and even treated us to some fried chicken. But the server in grey totally ignored us despite our waves. She had time to chat it up with the white table next to us though.

Here’s service is so bad and I have not been to anywhere the server would pretend she doesn’t understand you. Honestly wondering if she’s racist

This place says open and I placed an order on Google/toast. Went to pick up and it’s completely closed at 6pm on a Sunday. They charged my credit card.

I went to Chicago for business trip last Tuesday. On of our clients recommend this place. I love how fresh those sushi is. Also they serve omakase that was my favorite part highly recommend for everyone.
