Ike's Love & Sandwiches

I order the Vegan Tom Brady with extra Vegsn Dirty Sauce and my sandwich was dry with a ton of lettuce and only 2 small pieces of vegan chicken and very little avocado! Waste of money!!!

Great customer service and sandwiches, but please fix the vent!! Don't want to smell smoke while eating. Your workers are literally having coughing fits from all the smoke.

Food was great, went at night about an hour before close and it felt like they didnt really want me there, but Ive done service jobs before and I have felt the same way about people during the last hour of my shift. Great trendy and central area downtown sacramento, vibe for indoor eating was a notch above a mcdonalds and one below a starbucks. Very knowledgable, they have a huge menu, I ordered the "Litacanrana #414" named after my favorite childhood wrestlers signature move. Yes you read that right #414 out of a total 800 sandwiches and counting.... A little pricey but what isnt nowadays, I think my sandwich was 16$-18 compared to a 13-15$ sandwich from subway and well worth the couple dollar difference.

Food is great! However, the cashier is very rude and unprofessional in accomodating a customer went there January 14, 2024, Sunday, around 1:15 PM. 1. Started with a bad attitude like she has a personal problem somewhere but she giving it the customers 2. Calling the vegetables as "Freebies", then ask again what is the freebies were, unfortunately we were responded with an eye rolling attitude saying "The Vegetables" (We thought "Freebies" are like lollipops and stuff). Out of all the Ike's places we went this one has the most negative vibes and unprofessional manner. This is also on behalf of the customers around the time as well. She might need to be retrained on her role. The people in the back making the sandwich are way better! If there's a 0 star on service I would definitely select that option. I wished I liked my sandwiches more because it's a halal option which is very much appreciated but it was okay. The chicken was overly cooked which made the texture very dry and rubbery. So the sandwich as a whole was very dry even though I had asked for extra sauce.

Literally the best sandwich I've ever had, if you are looking for an alternative/ small business option to Jersey Mike's or subway this is the place. They have them up and down the West Coast. Soft dutch crunch that's perfect for sandwiches, halal meats, filling and affordable.
