Ike’s is the best but this location will never get my business again. Daniel was not helpful or sympathetic to the error they made for $120 order. Blamed the door dasher for a forgotten sandwich I had to go pick up, and then proceeded to argue that he made a gluten free correct. When picked up there was no empathy/apology for the error and was more annoyed that I was there to pickup an order. Second visit the next day two separate orders were also made incorrectly, younger guy behind the counter had no name badge but was unprofessional when brought to his attention. Ike’s isn’t known for this service so it is very disappointing to see this location have such an unprofessional and Un empathetic staff.
Order at the counter type establishment. The restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. Reasonably priced. Sandwich was good. Quick service.
Best sandwich I have ever eaten, but I don't go often because it's very expensive. $$$$.
Really good sandwiches and different from most other chains makes this place a must go-to.
Have really enjoyed sandwiches from the Ike’s location on North Virginia St. However sandwiches from this location were sub-par. They were out of the signature “dirty sauce” and the sandwiches horrible. We paid $12 to $14 for each sandwich and would rather eaten at Subway. I expect much more for their prices.
Excellent choice of vegetarian options, and very tasty. Worth spending the few extra bucks (versus Port-a-Subs or Subway). Unfortunately the cashier didn't seem to like her job, and the staff couldn't be bothered to make more iced tea or lemonade (both were empty by 2pm). Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies options
