I made my first review in 2021 and updated based on visits in 2022 and 2024. The food was great all the time. It’s tasty and affordable. Swedish meatballs are the most popular on the menu. It comes with mashed potatoes, sauce, and different veggies like broccoli, peas, or mixed vegetables. I paid $5,99 for it in Aug 2021, $7,99 in June 2022, and $9,99 in Feb 2024 + tax, which is still fine. However, the IKEA Swedish Meatball Index shows clearly how life is getting expensive in such a short period. At different times I’ve tried their fried chicken, fried potatoes, and cakes and they are very good as well. I love to have my lunch here every time I go to the IKEA.
2/24 If you're shopping here you might as well fuel up for the treacherous walk Ok meatballs - beef had some hard pieces of unknown item... cartilage? Bone fragments? Ok veggie balls, tasty with the maroon sauce Forgettable salmon and sides - taste like any healthy dish basic and bland Very salty chicken tenders and fries Tasty potato puck thingy Pizza tasted microwaved Salad had rotten arugula and no dressing Cake was unbearably sweet Cup cost $2.5 - unlimited refills No take out boxes, you'll have to buy an ikea one
