Stopped by iJava with friends for an early Sunday brunch. They have a few plant-based options that looked filling so I was excited to try a new breakfast spot. You order at the front and are given a number before finding a table. The ambiance inside is very mellow, cafe style, and there were a few tables outside if you wanted some extra sunshine. I went with their vegan bowl ($12) which contained black beans, tomatoes, sweet potato, corn, and avocado over a bed of greens. Thinking it'd be nice to have a bit more carbs in my bowl, I added a side of potatoes which was a great decision, though the bowl ended up being substantial enough! The bowl was dressed by a chipotle dressing which gave it a bit of a kick. It was a good hearty breakfast at a fair price. Hopefully they'll consider adding some more vegan friendly baked goods because those looked spectacular. Vegetarian options: Vegan Bowl
