IHOP

Went to ihop tonight and ordered the sirloin tips with eggs and hash browns. The food was burnt. The onions were very burnt to the point where it tasted bitter. The meat was overcooked and the hash browns were also burnt on my dish and my friends dish. I mentioned this to our server and she just apologized. Didn't offer us a fix or anything. For what you pay here for food the portions are a bit small but that would be acceptable if the food quality was good. We have frequented ihop on many occasions but I am not sure if I'll be returning here. (UPDATE) The GM reached out to me and remedied the issue. It was nice to see a manager that actually cares about the service at their restaurant.

Rude and arrogant attitude against delivery driver

Tasty food, good service, tiny portions. Pricey for the amount you get but the quality of the food was tasty enough that I will give it another try. Had to order 2 meals to leave satiated.

It was an unfortunate experience.. had to ask multiple times for basic things like water, ketchup, and syrup.. I had to walk around to find someone to get these things. Our server disappeared with out a word. The food was not warm when we received it. I would be more empathetic if it was a full house but it was a ghost town even the staff were MIA.

First time we went (just opened) it was a disaster. Never did a review as it was the first week so I didnt think that was fair, the line ups were massive! Went back last week. Glad we did. Food was great and service was as it should be. Nice to see its improved. Way to go.
