Me and my wife loved the food loved the service

We arrived at 10:35am and was seated within the first 5 minutes of arriving the waitress took our order and we received coffee after that we never saw our waitress again and waited over an hour it is now 11:50am and we never received any updates on our order no offers for refills nothing so yes we walked out… I’ve never been so appalled at the service I’ve received from any restaurant. This was absolutely terrible and a complete waste of our time. It was just me and my husband we didn’t order an extravagant meal and we saw several orders go out before ours who arrived after us for families of 4… some communication would have at least been a little helpful… Just don’t waste your time on this place.

It's a shame that this ihop suffers due to being understaffed. The service was amazing and the food was great. Understand that if you come here to eat, their will be a bit of a wait after you place your order, but please be patient. Even tho this ihop is understaffed, you will be well treated.

This location has been going down and down for a few years now. As someone who has eaten at many IHOPs for decades, it's a really disappointing experience. My latest visit is the straw that broke the camel's back on ever coming back here. First I waited 10 minutes to be seated, and then another 20 minutes before anyone ever came to my table which by the way was soaking wet from them wiping it down, when the hostess sat me, it took her 5 minutes to come back and dry the table off. I asked for an iced tea with lemon, she brought me an iced tea in a dirty glass, it has dark flakes floating around in it and she tried to convince me it was a lemon, I told her that is not what lemon looks like in iced tea. I had to actually convince her to bring me a fresh glass of iced tea, and when she did it had absolutely no ice in it and was warm so I had to ask her to bring me a cup of ice so I could do it myself. She never checked on me or refilled my drink. Then she brought me someone else's ticket to pay for, I had to flag her down before she charged my credit card. And when she brought the slip back to sign, she hovered over me waiting to see what I wrote in as a tip for this atrociously horrible service. I've never had a waitress hover over me while signing my check at the table. It was just an unbelievable service and frankly the food was mediocre to subpar, nothing I would come back for. The pancakes were overdone, dry and a little crunchy. Never again. The entire staff that I saw out in the dining area, looked completely zoned out, they didn't want to be there and it showed, it was like an exhibition of sloths. If you want a really nice pancake house experience I would recommend the original pancake House over on State road 7 near Southern boulevard.

I decided to make a yelp account just to point out how awful this ihop is. (copy pasted from yelp) I ordered from uber eats and he delivered fast which was great. But whatever is going on with the chefs they need to sort it out or get fired. Not only did they cook my eggs wrong but also burned my hash browns and gave me moldy fruit. While I somewhat enjoyed the eggs benedict, because it's 4/20 and I was savoring the flavor because i had the munchies, I realized everything else was definitely wrong after that. Even the bacon was cooked unevenly. I definitely ate a tiny raw piece.

They're understaffed, and it takes forever to get serviced. Staff were also rude when asked for additional requests while ordering, which was disrespectful. This could be because they're understaffed and can't accommodate additional requests. The food was good!

Very bad order food the server came and told us that they did not have what two of us order we order something else. The two that we changed came out right away. My food was cold, my wife never got her food. Myself and our quest was done and my never got her food. The server came over and told us that got her order wrong. She took it but it did not have everything she ordered. We was not happy at all with our service or food.

Service was horrible . Two tables left because food took to long.waited almost 30 minutes with less than 15 people. Never again
