Great IHOP!

Not to bad not to good

My family and I, 4 of us, come here for dinner every few weeks. We usually come here anytime from 5-7 p.m. Around this time we almost always have the same waitress. She is so kind and so sweet! We love coming here. However, I just have to say, what manager thinks it's appropriate to only have one waitress, one busboy, and one chef. The amount of times this specific IHOP is always full around dinner and you don't have more staff on deck? We see them working so hard, from trying to get everyone seated, orders down, food out, getting to-go orders packed, etc. It's ridiculous how little help they have. Today, there were THREE workers in total, and while we were there, there were at least 8 other parties of 4+. I hope the staff is very much appreciated because they are always so friendly and do their absolute best.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for families who have a disability family member ..they told me that I have to take the stroller out I have a 9 year old son who used a disability stroller he doesn’t walk ….. unprofessional staff

It's IHOP...friendly service, but then the kitchen always lets you down...so 30 minutes for pancakes? Really? ...like I said it is IHOP....
