Great franchise representation

We went to breakfast at this IHOP on Easter Sunday. It was very busy, but we were seated in a timely manner. Our order was taken and brought out in a timely manner also. This is hands-down the BEST IHOP I've eaten at.

Clean comfortable and great service

I just luv that you don't have to ask them to brown both sides of the hash browns and there's never any raw side. Great service too, every time I visit. Thank you so much!

My husband and I got a milkshake and the chicken and waffles. He had never tried them before. And let me tell you something! It could not of been a better time to try them bc the food was PERFECT! We ordered to go which the server made sure our order was out to catch the bus in time. The server was so nice and helpful I wish I caught her name but keep up the good work hun! The restaurant was clean. Only thing I would say is turn the AC down. It was so damn cold in there I was shivering. Other then that, we could not if had a better experience!

This place is not “African-American” friendly. The staff appeared to be nice and accommodating when we came. The wait wasn’t long to be seated. The problem is after we were seated and ordered our food we literally waited for our food for 45 minutes. And when it did come the order was wrong. We were the only ones of our kind there and people who came after us not only got their appetizers before our food but were also served their food before us. There were 5 of them and just 2 of us. Go figure!! We did bring it to the managers attention and she was apologetic and offered us something else. We kindly refrained but we didn’t have to pay which was nice just not a good feeling leaving this establishment
