She made a mistake with our order and she refused to admit that it was her fault She charged us for the extra waffle which should've been our order the first place
Very poor service. They seated us in an area that was extremely frigidly cold. So uncomfortable that we got up and left after sitting without service period.
Our waitress was super. She has been with IHOP for 26 years though she looked much younger. She took great care of us. Our food was great too.
Perhaps it was the mood I was in or the hour I was there, but I felt line my portions were small. I've never been the biggest fan of IHOP, I've always leaned towards a Dennys or Perkins(Perkins being the closer in cuisine options). The food was good, I just wanted more of it, especially for the money spent.
Had a long wait because there was only one hostess/waitress working She was doing her best to be accommodating. We went hoping to get a free short stack from T-mobile Tuesdays app, but codes wouldn't work with letters in it Spent 2 hrs we were there trying. Glad we didn't bring the other 2 people with us. Ugh Kid-friendliness: Have a high chair for little ones
Ordered food from this location and only got the sides for my meals. Really wish they would have included everything
