Not the best IHOP I've been to. It wasn't crowded but I had to find someone to seat us. The silverware was dirty and the coffee tasted like it had been around a while. The food was ok and arrived fast enough but it got cold pretty quick. The server was apologetic and took the coffee off the bill. Restaurant looked clean.

Our table of five had a wonderful experience with food and service. We were given a table with a scenic view, and then we got REALLY lucky with Freddie as our waiter. Super good food and flawless service? It just doesn't get any better.
