Service was horrible and food was below par not a good experience.

The food was really tasty and came out way quicker than I expected. Our service is what set this IHOP apart. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly despite being the only one working besides the cook. She was on top of everything, never seemed bothered by anyone's request, and even offered a to-go cup for a refill on the way out. TOP NOTCH. The restroom was clean and well stocked.
