Came to IHOP after church services the place was packed only had a 15 min wait but it was worth it,my party of three order had breakfast,which came to our table hot and the juice came cold ,

Love this place. Pancakes are my all time favorite.Colorado Omelette is a must try.Also love their fried steak. In the menu it’s printed unlimited strawberry lemonade but the waiter told me that they have stopped giving refills. Parking: Few parking spots in the front and have more parking towards the back.

The food is fine but nothing special. The servers were kind but overwhelmed. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.
