IHOP

It's an ok place. Service was ok. We had Saturday late breakfast. When we were here, the dining area was clean, and there was available parking. Wait time was short compared to other IHOP restaurants in the area. The only thing that was really bothersome was this one waitress. She was trying to do so much and was actually running around the restaurant, almost hitting her teammates and tables. She poured us coffee in a rush and almost dropped it on us. The positive thing is all the staff tried their best to make sure every order was attended to. Even the manager was helping the staff bring out orders. Really wish the waitress in rush would slow down. Overall, I would bring my family here again.

On January 30th I didn't feel well so I called in my order went picked it up curbside. Everything on my order was perfect including and extra syrup I didn't request!! I gave a very good tip!

We are afternoon dinner regulars and there are only two favorite servers that are excellent (Emma & Angelique). The rest (customer service folks) need to learn what good customer service is from the two that I just mentioned. First, the bathrooms are atrociously smelly, dirty and needs to be quarantined by a hazmat team. The manager should be ashamed of himself at the state of and condition of the bathrooms. Second, the kitchen cook/chef needs some serious lessons on how to properly prepare food in a quality and timely manner. I've seen my then 10 year old daughter cook a meal faster and looked better than these cook's food at this restaurant. Our ordered food is never correctly cooked, never looks the same as before, sometimes cold or overcooked, or is just plain the wrong dish that was never ordered. We've been coming to this restaurant for several months and I can count on two fingers when our order was prepared perfectly. Our two favorite servers have done their best to correct the mistakes, accommodate our orders and go above and beyond the basic fundamentals of customer service. Emma and Angelique deserve to be managers of this restaurant, hands down.
