Great spot for a good cup of coffee and more. Start early the parking fills up quick.

The service is great but the restaurant is pretty small and narrow pathway and very close seating, rather unusual for a IHOP restaurant which typically tend to be larger. They make up on the service though, very friendly people.

Food was delicious, our server Jose was polite and speedy, and our food came out really fast.

Nice staff, food was tasty, service was great. It was crowded but to be expected. It was Sunday and around breakfast time. Parking: There were no parking spots available. We had to park on the streets, and street parking was somewhat difficult when leaving.
