IHOP

The food wasn’t worth the wait but our server was friendly & professional. They were short staffed & the restaurant was packed so I understood

On Monday morning 3-4-2024 I was there and the check total was $50.12..I gave the waitress a $60 gift card and told her to keep what’s left on the card as her tip..She comes back without the card and said the gift card was $8 short… I took her word for it and gave her another gift card with $41.60 on it..She comes back with the card and said there was nothing on the gift card…I then gave her $20 and said keep the change..Later that day, I called ihop gift card services and was told that the entire $41.60 was used at this location at the time I gave it to the waitress..ihop card services gave me a case number and said they will reach out to the ihop… In total, I paid $121.60 including $12 tip

Don’t bother going to this place they serve me coffee. I think that they were sitting for three days when I got it. The thing was ice cold

Came here for brunch with the family and the service was a bit slow. It seemed they were understaffed for the amount of customer they had at the moment. We were really close to walk out because it took them a while to bring menus and take our order, but we didn’t because it was a particularly cold day. The food was very well served, it was fresh, warm and tasty. Too bad they don’t serve mimosas, because it would make the whole brunch experience a huge bump. They should be a bit mindful of the cleanliness, the table smelled a bit funky after being cleaned.

Setting area freezing cold, asked waitress to move us to another area not close to entrance and I were ignored. Cutlery dirty and asked to provide new set and new set was dirty with spots in knife and fork. Order the egg Benedict with potato with onion and pepper, and the onion was raw. Worst IHOP I've been.

We waited to be seated for over 15 minutes everyone was in the back Service was terrible when seated she went to the back and didn’t come back for a long while to take our orders waited forever for our food that was cold and everyone’s food came out at different times the food was terrible I ordered the cheeseburger with onion rings, and my cheeseburger was completely raw our food was cold and nasty asked for a refill in our soda never received it we waited about 20 mins for the bill to pay will never go back there again food in-service was horrible we all got sick from there food over priced

I went to this shop on June 22, 2022. I waited over 10 minutes just to get seated. But there were many empty seats. The waiters apologized to us and said the hostess wasn’t there. I’m like okay. Thats fine. I waited another 20 minutes just to get my order taken. When I finally got my food iT was so overcooked. The broccoli tastes like they just put it in hot boiling water and took it out right away. The sausage was so greasy and the salmon's meat was so salty. I also order a buttermilk chicken. The crispy part started breaking apart when I picked it up.

Showed up at 8:45 pm and they’re supposed to be open until 10pm but they told us they’re closing early and wouldn’t serve us. The seafood spot next door was awesome, though.

The worst IHOP ever. It's a cold day in NYC and the restaurant is not equipped to keep the tables by the door warm. We asked to be moved and they didn't. Although others after we sat were moved. We had to eat fast or the food would get cold. We ordered the Benedicts and potatoes with onions and peppers. The onions and peppers were raw. Utensils dirty. We asked for another set, they were dirty too.
