It's clean well kept. Fast service, polite employees.

Parking: It was at a plaza, so you could’ve parked anywhere, but how convenient for us we were close to the restaurant Kid-friendliness: My daughter niece, and nephew had crayons and coloring book to keep them occupied

Eddie welcomed us and provided excellent service! Best breakfast in the JFK area.

Visited my local ihop restaurant on 1/19/24. I was alone and was quickly seated. They were not crowded. As I went through the entire menu - evidence of the length of time I sat - the waitress looked at me, failed to acknowledge me in any meaningful way and continued her conversation with patrons at another table. Shortly after, a couple was seated at a table 3 feet from mine. They looked through the menu and, minutes later, were placing their orders with this same waitress. Having seen enough, I stood up, put on my coat and left. Before I left, I let the hostess know that I had been ignored, but yes, I will have a nice day. I should say that before this experience, I have always received good service at this location. Perhaps it just wasn’t my day.

I just recieved my order, and there was nothing that i ordered in there.I have called 12 times and it just rings..This is after giving the driver a10$ tip for xmas.I am not happy dont want the food and out price of food and tip money.,For something i did not order and i have some one else hot chocolate drink, so really 2 of us got wrong orders and cant get thru to the estabishment to get it straight. I will never eat there, good help is rare these days..

The server was amazing (can't remember his name but he's the guy with the dread locks ) . Food came promptly. Christmas eve mid day and no wait time to be seated. Will definitely be back when I'm in NYC.

The worst IHOP I have ever been to. The waitress seemed as if she didn't care to be there, no hi, no how can I help you, she just stood there with her pen in her hand, ready to write and looked at us as a cue to start ordering. She didn't give any water, napkins, butter, or ketchup. She gave the wrong juice. Food was barely warm. Charged the wrong price. Her demeanor was the worst. Very said, honestly. Go to the one on Hillside.
