IHOP

I moved to peoria on the 15th and been to this ihop a total of 3 times. First time we were shocked at how filthy it was. The waitress took forever to seat us even though the place was empty. Floors were sticky and black. I'm sure the place has never been properly cleaned. Second time we showed up the place was empty and the server told us the wait would be long because she was having a conversation on her phone. Third and final time we went was because I was really craving good ihop. The waitress didn't know what she was doing, took 20m to get our drinks and another 30 after that for food. Served my bf spicy chicken instead of normal. And when he sent it back they just flipped the waffle over that was covered in the spicy sauce and put the new chicken on top. They were exceptionally rude, high off their minds, and honestly the place would be better off shut down.

Walked into the restaurant at 1pm. They had a dirty USED sponge sitting on the reception counter. Service was alright. Don't come past later than 6 because than they wait 20 minutes to sit you in a completely empty restaurant. Food always either tastes like washed dishes or nothing at all. The water always tastes likes they just scooped it right out of a fish tank. Dishes including knifes forks spoons glasses and even the coffee pourer is gross like it was not washed. Asked for chicken and waffles and got Nashville hot chicken. Do not recommend.

Came at 1 AM on a Friday night. Google says 24 hours, there’s a big sign outside that says 24 hours Thursday-Saturday, and yet they were closed. I drove 20 minutes to get there just for it to be closed. Change your hours so people know when not to come here.

This place is filthy and smelled very bad.

I actually ordered via door dash. The food was OUTSTANDING! the packaging of the order was superior. I was compelled to call the restaurant to tell them how wonderful the service was. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Thank you

Runny eggs undercook hash browns and slow service of course it's Christmas

Wait was very long for food and then it came in bits and pieces (One item at a time). Will not be place for quick meal for me. Also the vegetarian options are not great in tasting. Muffin and vegetarian sausage were like rubber. The picture shows "buttered toast" which was extra order ( not a side ). Literally like a spot of butter. Tomato soup should come with a cheese crisp...it came with melted blob of cheese over soup. No croutons so nothing crispy with it.

It took 18 minutes to even get my drink ordered and then it took another 40 minutes before I got my stack of pancakes. Pretty sad and will never be returning.

It was great food, its very yummy. The people that work there were nice and greetfully sweet.Very good service. I even gave tips which I usually never do, to be truthful. That is what I truly think of this place!!!
