The cook must have had the grill up way too high. Everything was burnt to a crisp. Also had way too many tables squeezed into a small space. Would not recommend stopping here.
Waited 15+ minutes to be seated, the waitress was working on the kitchen and she was super sick coughing all over the place, tables were dirty, sticky tea pots everywhere... Extremely disappointing unfortunately.
My sister and I had to wait for a table when there were several available. By the time the waiter took it had been a 45 minute wait just to ask for coffee. Waiter seemed nice when he finally seated us and took our order.
My recent experience at IHOP was incredibly disappointing and frustrating, marked by abysmal service and a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty, the staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to our presence. Upon arrival, we were left standing without acknowledgment, as workers made no effort to seat us at a table. Despite being told to wait for only two minutes, we ended up waiting for over ten minutes without any attention or assistance from the staff. The utter disregard for our time and the lack of basic courtesy demonstrated by the workers was appalling. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to treat customers in such a dismissive manner, regardless of how busy or quiet the establishment may be. Needless to say, we left IHOP feeling frustrated and unappreciated as patrons. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others, as the level of service we received fell far below even the most basic standards of hospitality. IHOP has a long way to go in improving its customer service if it hopes to retain loyal customers and uphold its reputation in the industry. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
We got our food within 10-15 minutes and our server Angel was very nice. I love him. He deserves a raise!
