Had a good experience the young lady at the front desk was very nice!

Joseph was our server. He was very polite andvhad a smile eveytime he came tobthe table. The establishment was very nice and clean.

Parking: On 22-4-23 I purchased breakfast at your location, after dining I went to the ATM across the street. on return I found my car booted by Safeway Parking Enforcement". The guy then demanded I pay him $200 bucks , cash to have my car released. He was very rude and unprofessional . saying to me "ihop pays a lot of rental for this olace and wants to ensure customers dine and leave immediately" if i am correct "CUSTOMER ARE THE ONES WHO PAYS EMPLOYEES AND RENTALS" no customer,no money. Why are customers cars held at ransome? why did I have to pay $200 after dining. do better ihop. myself and family will definately be dining else where.
